Please note that Enabled Exchange does not offer replacements or refunds if the customer ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind. In case of an unsuccessful delivery, a partial refund will be issued.

Damaged/Defective Product

In case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, a free replacement or a refund will be offered if the problem is reported to Enabled Exchange within 30 days of product delivery, along with the required photographic proof of defect.

Returns/Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are not supported.

If an order is being returned to sender/lost in transit, and an invalid address was provided, a refund of only the product price will be issued.
